ü Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of NADA products (both fresh & UHT).
ü Deliver the Sales Budget Weekly/monthly for Fresh and UHT.
ü Manage the Wastage and deliver the Budget target weekly/monthly.
ü Manage and Distribute the Monthly Targets according to the Business performance, and fairly across the Routes in line with the Business plan.
ü Advise staff on policies and operating procedures to make sure of implementation.
ü Maintaining and reviewing operational records, maintain Cooler stock reports & increase productivity.
ü Manage & achieve Collection Target via the team and customers visits.
ü Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales team and business results.
ü Conduct Customer meetings with Supervisors as coaching sessions.
ü Manage Supervisor Monthly Journey plan in line with sales objectives.
ü Insure the implantation of the Supervisor TAB by setting daily TAB objectives with your Supervisor and daily endorsement sessions are adhered to.
ü Monitor and Coach the SAS implantation and usage with each Supervisor by doing SAS endorsement across the week showing each team member the key outputs from SAS.
ü Monitor each salesperson's daily performance and compare it with that month's objective using SAS and BI tools as the guide.
ü Manage & coach TMS/merchandising team to make sure execution standards and guidelines/planograms/promotions/POS are implemented in each store & collection of POs
ü Direct clerical staff (HHT Coordinator, Accountant) to keep records of operational correspondence, credit collections, and to maintain current information on daily sales operation.
ü Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts using BI and SAS as the Tools for Customer meetings.
ü Develop New Business in the assigned territory making sure sales is growing consistently and follow the larger Head Office Customers to secure long term deals.
ü Review & submit the weekly Fresh Items Order using Business rational, use Market trends, previous weeks running rate, expire % & Unsold to insure a correct order.
ü Review Routes performance monthly to establish how the Company can maximize each route performance.
ü Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related to designated area.
ü Conduct monthly market surveys of competitors for Management.
